#24 Blood Borne Pathogens and Infectious Materials Motion Picture Safety Bulletin

The WorkSafeBC Occupational Health and Safety Regulation 296/97 requires an employer to develop and implement an exposure control plan, if it may be reasonably anticipated that a worker may have occupational exposure to a bloodborne pathogen1 or other potentially infectious materials (OPIM)2.
